Personally introduce your client to our team. This step ensures we understand their vision and expectations from the start.
The real estate agent and a Curington Homes representative must both sign the Registration Agreement. Without both signatures, the agreement is not valid. This step officially secures your commission eligibility.
Your referral remains eligible for a commission if they sign a contract with Curington Homes within 180 days of registration. If they do not proceed within this timeframe, a new referral must be submitted.
Once your client has signed a contract, your 3% commission will be paid depending on how the home is being funded:
- For financed projects, the 3% commission will be paid once the construction-to-permanent loan has closed.
- For cash projects, commissions are paid upon issuance of the building permit.
