Quick detail you may not notice right away in our homes… flush glazed doors! The glass sits directly in the door instead of having the raised trim piece around it. I point out both in this video so you can see the difference. Both have pros and cons, but we really like the cleaner look of the flush glazed style and use it whenever possible.

Got to check out the new TimberHue Collection from @jameshardie at @intlbuildersshow 👀 It’s a stained wood look, but it’s Hardie. Super clean, super consistent, and basically no maintenance compared to real wood. Not in Florida just yet, but coming later this year. Looking forward to the possibilities of using this on a future Home!
