School’s almost out, the Florida heat is kicking in, and backyard pool days are about to become part of the daily routine again. Honestly hard to beat a setup like this heading into summer.

One of those small details that makes a big difference. Instead of stopping the crown molding at the cabinets, we brought a two-piece crown all the way to the ceiling for a cleaner, more finished look in this kitchen. Simple detail, but it adds a nice custom touch.

Once the power goes out, the transfer switch senses the outage, automatically starts the generator, and powers the home within seconds. Then once utility power comes back on, the system switches everything back over automatically. Pretty simple concept, but a huge convenience when storms roll through.
